何年かぶりに新調

そばの木で削り出していただいてから

仕上げだけ自分で調整していきました。長さや太さ表面など、約２ヶ月使ってみてこんな感じになりました。

I got a new handle for my axe after a long time.
An acquaintance whittled a Japanese photinia tree,
then I made some adjustments. After using it for 2 months, the length, thickness and the texture of the surface finally became like this. 

かなりのロングアームにみえます

The handle looks quite long. 

今度はえの端に滑り止めの紐でも巻こかな

I might wind a string at the end of the handle to so I can hold it without slipping.
