宇宙飛行士毛利さんの写真集で見た地球は
そこに自分もいる
自分の住んでる家の外見をじっくり見た、
これを地球と呼ぶ時自分たちのこともふくめて
地球と呼ぶ
As I saw the Earth in the photography book compiled by a Japanese astronaut Mamoru Mohri
I learned that I was on the planet, too
I observed carefully the appearance of the home I live
When we call it the Earth, including ourselves
we do call it the Earth.
当時夢中で作っていた 和紙に描いた冒険は
この写真集で地球とシンクロしているとすぐにわかり
2000年の展覧会『地球Vibration』の会場のテーブルに何気なくおいてありました。
When I saw this book, I instantly realized that
the traces of the adventures, which I was devoting myself back then, on washi (Japanese handmade paper)
was synchronizing with the Earth.
So during my solo show “Earth Vibration” in 2000, I unconsciously put the book on the table in the gallery.
