大岐の浜
この近くにスタジオを移して15年になります、大人になってからでは、ここにいる方が断然長いのです。
誰一人知り合いのいない土地に一人で来て
ここの自然に、
むき出しの地球に
受け入れていただいて。
地球にまだのこる宝石のような場所
つくづく感謝しかないのです。
Ohki beach is one of the great inspirations for my work: it gives me the very feeling of living on the Earth.
It has been 15 years since I moved my studio close to the beach and I have spent more time as an adulthood here than at any other places.
When I moved here by myself, I did not know anybody, but the nature here, the bare Earth welcomed me.
A place like a jewelry rarely kept untouched on the Earth. There is nothing we could do but to thank.
