一番右の紙は　水にもどして、スープとして食べれます。ジャガイモを入れてもおいしいです。

The papers I made in Belgium then. Many kind of plants transformed into sheets. In that respect, Japanese paper (wash) is the same. 

The rightmost paper in the photo can be dissolved in water and eaten as soup. It’s nice to have it with potatoes.
