尾崎製紙所　土佐清張　楮紙

この紙を使って１年ぐらい

自分で作った以外の紙を使わせて頂くのは１０数年ぶりになります。

自分で作る紙というのは使い道がはっきり分かってるだけに                        

耐久力や繊維の色味　厚み　密度　面のキメ　など 

自分が扱いやすく絵が入った時にその追い風になるような　

紙の方でも作品に合わせていっています。

そのことで、

紙づくりでは植物の原料の段階から手の中で一枚のシート状になるまでの経験を毎年してきました。

その結果　自分の表現は紙に沿わすことも十分できるようになっていて　そうなると　以前は自分の表現にあった紙にこだわっていたということかもしれません。

同時に　尾崎製紙所の紙からあらためて教えて頂けていることが　いっぱいいっぱいあり凄くいい経験になっています。ご縁に感謝！

Tosa Seicho Paper, Kozo, by Ozaki Paper

It has been about a year since I started using this paper.
I had not used papers made by someone for more than a decade.

Since I clearly know how I use papers, I control its
durability, the colors of fibers, thickness, the texture of the surface and so force
so that I can handle it easily and also that the papers can benefit the piece of work when an image is absorbed.
In other words, I tune papers to the works.

With regard to paper making, each year I have experienced all the process from the plant stage to actually forming a sheet in my hands. 

Consequently I have become able to tune my expression to papers. That means I used to stick to papers that would suit my expression.

At the same time, it’s been a great experience for me to use Ozaki papers as there have been a lot to learn from them. I’m thankful for this coincidence!

It’s a blessing.
