先月ですが、
キンと冷えた風のきつい晴れた日に
季節の移ろいを見に行きました。
Last month,
On a sunny day with chilly wind
I went out to see the change of the seasons.
今から20年以上も前
はらりと落ちた一枚の紅葉したモミジの葉が
そっと川の水面に着き
さーっとながされていくのを見て
うつくしいな〜と思った
そのような時の自分の内側にある感覚の表現が
そろそろやっと
紙の表面に表すことができるようになってきた
今年はこれから年をまたいで制作に入り
また、この世界と出会っていく
この世界の住人になり秘訣を教わってくる
More than 20 years ago
I saw a colored maple leaf fluttered out,
softly landed on the surface of the river
and instantly swept by the water
and watching it, I thought how beautiful it was.
Eventually and finally
I have become able to
express the feeling I had had in such moments
on the surface of papers.
Now I move on to the new working season which lasts until next year
and that means I start encountering such world again.
I will be the inhabitant of the world of nature to learn their secrets.
