I left Osaka on 12 October, at 5:00 a.m.
冷えた朝です〜
It was a cold morning.
初日は大阪府〜奈良県〜三重県〜フェリーで知多半島愛知〜静岡県浜松まで下道でした、思った以上に進めず…..
23年携帯を使っていなかったのですが
携帯をはじめて妻に借りナビにして
すぐに電池がおわりました
道中ガソリンのまわりが悪く
見ると細いホースからガソリンがジャーっとこぼれてる
このバイクのタンクの裏がサビまくってるのです。
家でガソリン抜いたときも底にガサガサしたサビが
積もってました。
スタンドで気付けたので場所を借り応急処置をさせて頂きました。
しかし、
そこのスタンドお姉さんから、おばちゃんから、おっちゃんまでみんなほんまにやさしさがにじみ出てる、後から来たにいちゃんも！
休憩をすすめてくださりコーヒーも
ほんとにパワフルでええおばちゃんやった
バイクの調子がわるなってきた旅の幸先
人の出会いは幸先抜群、とにかく楽しんでいっときましょう
On the first day, I travelled from Osaka through Nara, Mie, Aichi to Hamamatsu, Shizuoka. I could make little headway since I only took general road, including a ferry between Mie and Chita peninsula, Aichi.
As I have not possessed a mobile phone for 23 years, I used my wife’s phone for the first time to use it as a navigation system, and it ran out of power so quickly.
On the way, the fuel of the motorbike was not circulating well. As I stopped to check it, I found out the gasoline was draining out from a thin tube.
I knew that the inside of the fuel tank got rusted badly and I saw a pile of rust in the bottom of the tank when I drained it back at home.
As I found out the leak at a gas station, I asked the staff there to use some space to do some temporary treatment.
Aside from the trouble, all the people working at the gas station – two ladies and two gentlemen – were truly warm-hearted.
One of the ladies invited me for a coffee to take a rest. She was really nice and energetic.
Even though I had a trouble with my bike, it was an auspicious happening to meet good people at the very beginning of my journey. Let’s just enjoy the whole thing!

思ってたよりはるかに寒い
持ってきた全ての防寒着着込んで
それでもちょっとちびりました。
I took a ferry from Toba, Mie, to Cape Irago, on Chita peninsula.
On the way to Hamamatsu, I stopped at the traffic lights, to fill the gas, to manage the gas leak, and to ask people for directions.
It was already 20:00 when I finished installing a filter for the gasoline trouble.
Time up.
It was far colder than I expected.
Despite I wore all the warm clothes I had, I wet my pants a little.
