最近、ぬか床と畑とこちらの消費具合のバランスがとれてきました。
ぬか漬けを食べ終わると次のが食べごろ、それを、ぬかから引き上げると、畑にちょうどいい大きさのが 顔を出す。
この感じが好きです。
Our pickles consuming speed and the growth of radishes in our little garden have become well balanced. As we finish eating a portion of pickles, the next bunch is ready to eat, and at the same time, some more radishes are big enough to be pickled – love this cycle.
